Snowbird Systems' galleria-E packages allow for a virtual storefront to be created within hours. Open an Intershop 4.0 storefront on our server using any of the following packages.

The One Time Setup Fee includes one set of Intershop 4 manuals on CD, the creation of the store frame and store database directories, and turning the store 'live'.  Additional manuals can be purchased for $250 each.

Store Space can be purchased up front with one payment of $1000.00 at the time of contract, and the next $1000.00 when store URLs are provided by Snowbird Systems to the Merchant. Under Package B, Store Space is included in the monthly hosting fee.

Hosting Fees are based on database space increments of 50 or 100 MB, and log file space of 20 or 40 MB. Package A expands in 100/40 increments, where package B expands in 50/20 increments. Your database is expanded on an as needed basis. If you do not expand the database when necessary, your store will not operate efficiently. We monitor your database usage and will advise you of the need to expand.

Custom Programming Rates are $70/hr for HTML, basic Intershop changes, graphics, or training; and $120/hr for Perl, SSS, or JavaScript programming. Travel time is $70/hr plus reasonable travel expenses.

Upgrade Rebates are given when a storefront space is given up in order to open a Merchant Store. Merchant Stores are loaded on a separate server and costs are as little as $4998 for the Intershop software. Additional server and hosting expenses are not included. Any store space fees (up to $750) paid for a Hosting store can be used to reduce the Merchant Store cost.

Contract Terms. Package A requires no monthly contract. Package B requires one year of monthly hosting fees to be paid. We require three months of rental fees paid up front. The next rental fee will not be due until the fourth month after the date of contract.  Rentals are charged in advance and require a 30 day notice of termination.

* Rates are subject to change after six months from date of contract. Because of the nature of custom programming, a warranty is not provided on custom work, but we do guarantee to work on the project to the customer's satisfaction or until the customer chooses to end the project.

 

These are optional costs associated with the Intershop product and pricing is subject to change:

Onsite Training. This can be with one or more persons. The more people attending usually means less information is covered. Packaged training rates are available. The packages provide discounts on daily rates and travel time. Pricing is good for the first 30 days after contract date. Otherwise, pricing will be based on $70/hr including travel time (if applicable).
One Day (7 hours).
Additional Days (at the same time).
Basic training outline can be provided upon request.
While Intershop provides 'cartridges' for electronic payment methods (such as CyberCash) you may incur costs for implementing these methods. These are costs paid to Cyber Cash (or equivalent) or to Intershop as a user fee. For example, Cyber Cash charges a one time payment, with no additional monthly costs. All other costs for using this service are built in to your internet merchant account - which can be provided by your local bank, for a fee.
You also may see suggestions on the Intershop site or in their manuals. Some of these additional programming features may be available for free, but require additional programming for implementation. Sometimes you may call upon Snowbird Systems to do this programming for you, at that point you will be charged our hourly rate for implementing these features.
